HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Step 01
FREE CONSULTATION
Start with a free 30-minute video call. This is a chance for us to get a sense of fit. You can ask me questions and share a bit about what’s bringing you in.
Step 02
INITIAL SESSION
If it feels like a good match, we’ll schedule your first session. We’ll take time to understand what matters to you and begin exploring how I can support your goals.
Step 03
ONGOING WORK
Therapy is a process. Over time, we’ll move at a pace that feels right, creating space to build clarity, work through obstacles, and reconnect with yourself in meaningful ways.

It depends on what you’re looking for. Some clients come for a handful of sessions to get support through a specific challenge. Others stay longer because therapy becomes a place where they can go deeper, not only easing symptoms, but also exploring patterns, relationships, and parts of themselves that take time to unfold. My approach is well-suited to both, though many people find that longer-term work allows for more lasting change. Ultimately, we’ll move at your pace and decide together what feels right for you.
-
That’s an important question, and one we can talk about openly in our sessions. It’s normal to have periods where change feels slow or unclear. Therapy isn’t always a straight line. If you’re not feeling progress, we’ll pause together to reflect on what’s happening: what’s feeling stuck, what’s getting in the way, and what you might need differently from me. Therapy works best when it’s collaborative, and part of my role is to check in with you and adjust our approach so the work feels meaningful and supportive for you.
-
Yes. This space is yours. Patterns may emerge, but we don’t need to follow a script.

You’ve likely found the right therapist when you feel safe, seen, and understood, when the person across from you feels genuinely present, engaged, and nonjudgmental. A good therapist helps you explore even the parts of yourself you feel ashamed of, without pulling away or simplifying. They meet you not as a distant expert, but as a steady, authentic presence, someone who supports and challenges you as you face what’s most difficult.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
— Carl Jung
