I view therapy as a process of uncovering what keeps us stuck and creating the conditions for something new to emerge.

Our lives are shaped by many intersecting forces: our histories, our bodies, our relationships, and the cultural realities we live in. For me, therapy means holding that complexity with care.

I work with adults who feel stuck in life, often because survival, trauma, or cultural expectations took priority over self-expression. Sometimes this shows up as anxiety, grief, or creative blocks. Other times, it feels like restlessness, loneliness, or not knowing who you are beyond external expectations. Living this way can lead to deep patterns of overthinking, stagnation, and alienation.

My approach is experiential, attuned, and focused on transformative change. I offer a space where your story can unfold naturally, without judgment, and where you can ask life’s deeper questions: Who am I beyond expectations? What grounds me when everything feels uncertain? How do I listen again for what I really want?

My style is direct yet gentle. I listen deeply, reflect honestly, and bring warmth and humor into the work. If you’re ready to take this step, I’m here to walk beside you.

Who I work with

I work with adults over the age of 18. My practice is grounded in respect, safety, and openness to people of all genders, sexual orientations, races, and religious backgrounds.

The concerns I have worked with include anxiety, complex trauma, mother wounds, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, and creative blocks. I have experience working with individuals navigating ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality patterns, psychosis, and chronic health conditions.

When helpful, I collaborate with other members of your care team, such as physicians or psychiatrists. I can also offer referrals to other healthcare or body-based practitioners when appropriate. My work is informed by a holistic perspective, while remaining clear about the scope and limits of my role.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, self-trust, or the courage to embrace change, I am here to walk alongside you.

“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.”
