Hi, I’m Shaden

I understand what it’s like to live life in survival mode, to keep functioning while feeling disconnected from yourself. Many people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, burnt out, or weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or grief. Together, we make sense of what has shaped you and begin again with clarity and self-compassion.

My approach is collaborative, experiential, and trauma-informed. I draw from AEDP and somatic therapy to help you reconnect with your emotions and your body. Whether you’re navigating complex trauma, burnout, depression, or loneliness, our work helps you rediscover a steadier sense of self and belonging.
